There is a Private guesthouse with a double bedroom with direct access to the Pool, theirs a kitchenette with fridge and sink as wells as seating area over the looking Pool. The Villa is ideally located, its just a few minutes drive from the beach, shops, supermarkets, Schools, Hospitals, Bars , Restaurants and between 10-30 Minutes to the majority of Hua's Hin Golf Courses. For customers that don't always want to go into the town center , theirs a number of bars, restaurants and small shops within walking distance. Getting Around around is easy. The bedroom doesn't have direct access to a toilet/shower but theirs one just outside. Swimming Pool, Its a big swimming Pool (15/6.5 Mtrs) with separate children's area and jacuzzi. Check-out time.11AM Other Charges. The rental price doesn't include electric and water usage.Electric is charged AT 6 THB per unit used and water 40THB per unit used. The meter is read on arrival and departure, I ask for a 5,000 THB per week booked as a deposit for electric costs. Final Clean Charge. 1,000 THB Further Information Check-in time, after 3pm. Check-out time, before 11am. If a late check-out is required (after 11am) 1 days rental payment is required, this need to be confirmed when making the booking. OPTIONAL EXTRA (PRICES). Needs to be Booked in advance. Transfer to and from BKK Airport. Taxi from 2800 to 3500 THB Per trip Minibus from 3,500 to 4300 THB per trip. Maids service. 500 THB Per day Internet access. 150 THB Per day. If you require internet access it needs to be for the full booking period. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS If you would like to go ahead and book, I ask for 30% booking deposit to secure the booking (NON REFUNDABLE) After the booking deposit is paid, the final Balance payment is then due 1 month before your date of arrival.(NON REFUNDABLE) I will contact you just before the final balance is due to be paid, but please be advise if the final payment is not made on time, the booking is presumed canceled.
